Hello ,I would like to let you know that during the process of refinancing our home mortgage we hit several snags mostly due to my lack of computer skills. We truly feel that someone else would have given up and turned our application over to someone else. But Claudia was patient and got it done. Thus the five stars..

Claudia was AMAZING!!!! Initially, I was nervous when I learned that my client's would be using a lender based out of of New Mexico on a home they were purchasing in SC, but Claudia was top-notch from Day 1! My client's contracted on their home the day before Thanksgiving and we had very little time to close - with all the holidays - falling during our short time frame to close the transaction. Claudia worked tirelessly from start to finish. She was attentive to every detail, had amazing communication, and she went the extra mile to help us meet a closing date that seemed impossible. I would recommend Claudia to anyone and hope to work with her again on future transactions.

My wife and I recently applied for a loan to purchase a second home through Enterprise Bank and Trust. Such important transactions are normally conducted face to face providing ample assurances and personal interactions along the way that all information is relayed correctly and all processes are being conducted properly. Our mortgage loan officer, Claudia Reidys, very effectively and professionally handled all aspects of our loan application and approval without in-person meetings making the whole process stress-free. Her courtesy and availability at off-normal times goes well above what could normally be expected. We thank her for that and would recommend her highly.
