Gentle and beautiful hike with options for trails. Would be friendly for mountain bikes.

Great trails, good shade. Not difficult, couple of options to do.
The Bayo Canyon (benches) trail can be hiked as an out-and-back to the overlook, or as a loop down into the canyon and back out. It intersects with other trails along the way, and the intersections are not all well-marked. I hike pretty regularly and would consider this one on the easy side of moderate for the area. Definitely doable with baby in a carrier, good for kids (depending on their stamina); NOT stroller-friendly.
Nice hike. I think it was about 4 miles total. Mostly flat. Very pretty scenery.
