What a wonderful technique for roasting chili! The variety of fresh veggies and pumpkins were impressive. Definitely worth the trip. I'll be back next chili season.
I grew up in Pueblo County some 30 years ago. It was great to see Di Santi’s is still going strong.nnI didn’t realize how much I missed the aroma of fresh grilled Pueblo green chilies.nnIt immediately took me back to days of riding my bicycle to pick up odds and ends for dinner.nnYou just don’t get these farms in San Antonio.
Been getting chile here for years. I've tried them all -and this is by far the best. Perfectly roasted every year.
