Horrible service. I have just moved to CO, and have been waiting for my Co license in the mail. They refused to serve me cigarettes because I had a temporary CO ID, and a voided out Az license that Co DMV voided, but gave back to me. Never been treated so badly in my life. I suggest shopping elsewhere. Anywhere, but this store.
Employees are not friendly. The store is not organized. It's cluttered. Boxes in the middle of the isles that need to be stocked. The floors are filthy.
I will not shop at family dollar any longer , every time I try to redeem online coupons I am unable to ,I am told that your phone is not registered even though I have coupons downloaded on my phone!
The olser lady was rude and would not accept a copy of my liscens since it was a paper one until the actual card came in the mail
Bad training. Manager has no clue what the return policies are. It's on the website clear as day in English. Satisfaction guarantee is a joke and all products purchased in store are returnable with receipt. Guess some managers just make up their own return policy. The manager said that each store has a different policy. Couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'll try another location with a competent manager that's read and understands the corporate return policy.
