The people who work in this establishment are very rude to new coming customers. However, I have just recently moved into the neighborhood and noticed that they are nice and welcoming to the people who are their normal customers but, if you are somebody that they don't know they treat you is as if you are a criminal.nnAnother thing that puts me off is that when trying to return or exchange products you're only told that you are only able to do it one time even though you have a receipt and the product was defective. It is just a very off-putting thing to walk into an establishmen even if it is the family Dollar and become treated like a third-class citizen.
In the middle of a remodel, it's all comes together. Normally has the things I need. Almost always friendly
I love the convenience because it's just across the street. All of the employees greet me when enter.
Bigger than most family dollar stores, customer service tends to be good at this location. They are set to remodel the store Jan25 looking forward to it
The store was very lowly stocked, what was in stock, was in the incorrect spots. One cashier walked away while having a long line waiting. Another cashier couldn't answer simple questions and the manager was rude and abrasive when answering those questions.
