From the initial estimate with Roger, to the final walk around, everything was true to their name Five Star Painting. Rob the Project Manager communicated clearly how the process would go from start to finish, keeping me in the loop on every step. Juan and his co-worker did an amazing job painting our house, making it look brand new again! After needing this done for 6 years, I'm am so glad that we hired Five Star Painting. I highly recommend them, and will use them again without question if we need any interior painting done. Thank you so so much!

I was extremely pleased with the service level from Roger Tanita all the way through their Project Manager, Rob Fields, and their painting crew. Roger level of customer service is exceptional, by always taking the time to answer numerous questions with his follow up by phone, text, or in person. His bid was very competitive, especially for the level of quality. Rob provided consistent follow up as a project manager, to make sure everything was tracking to plan and that there weren't any outstanding concerns. The quality of the painting crew was excellent, with them always showing up on time, and cleaning up each day without concerns. Additionally, their walk through was conducted at the client pace with the willingness to address any minor items found to be resolved. I couldn't have made a better choice.

Very competitively priced, the preparation work is what sold me, they spent 2 1/2 to 3 days doing prep and repairing some siding. Everything was done and more from the original quote with no unexpected charges. Very happy with the overall service.

This was my second time using/working with Five Star Painting for my real estate clients. Each time, Roger was easy to get in touch with to schedule the initial estimate. Once the job was confirmed, Rob took over for scheduling and was on the ball! Our initial date for the job was pushed back because the tenants at the property didn't move out on time, then a snow storm came (in September) and created a mess for the painting crew's schedule. Rob was my hero and worked some scheduling magic to get the job done so I could move forward with my listing. The paint crew work tirelessly from sun up to sun down to do an A+ job!
