This business is exceptional. I've had the misfortune of having to replace/repair three windshields within a two-month period and each visit was great. Staff are consistently professional and courteous and Ruben (glass tech) is excellent. I'd recommend using this business above all others in Pueblo for your window repairs/replacement.
The scheduling was fast and simple. I went through the insurance agency and it cost me $100 for a full windshield replacement. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment. The technician went over the car to make sure there weren't any pre existing damage he needed to be aware of and took my car back right away. Over all it took just over an hour and they vacuumed my car and did a fantastic job. Reuben was friendly and fast with the service. Couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Absolutely exceptional.
Staff is always upbeat and polite. They finish quickly and do a great job. I love that they even give your car some extra tlc and vacuum for you.
After driving clear across town and spending nearly one hour of my time, I find out that the wrong windshield was ordered for my 2020 Elantra. However, the tech did not forget to Upsell new wiper blades and Rain Shield. Now I have to return tomorrow and hopefully they will have the correct part this time. Employees were courteous and the store was clean.
The service was outstanding it did not take very long. They were very friendly very helpful with everything. I would highly recommend you use this Safelite location in Pueblo
