Easily the best dealership in Pueblo. Fair prices and great staff. Sales team is very nice and welcoming and the managers are very fair. Highly recommend it here

Took our recently purchased 2020 escape to have some cosmetic issues taken care of, because it was a loaner and to have a RECALL taken care of. The Mechanic had it for 6 hours and only changed the oil. Nothing was said about parts or brackets needing to be ordered. Thankfully my stepson knew what needed to be done and pointed out that it wasn't fixed! You are better off taking your vehicle somewhere else for warranty work.

Everyone was nice. Oil change and tire rotation were quick. Parts guy had bolt I needed for skid plate.

The wait for an oil change was way to long I was there for over an hour and 15 mins. Basic oil change.
