When I bought my first car at 18 after just getting my license I was 100% ripped off. I paid way too much for a car with many problems. I even paid extra for the extended warranty but they refused to help me with basic things such as a tire leakage (which was there when I bought it). So when my Honda finally crapped out I was pretty apprehensive about buying another car. My friend recommended this place. She took me in and Mike was super friendly. I told him I wanted something low maintenance, fairly new, and something small but 4 door. He literally chose the car I had in mind. He was very friendly and walked us through the whole procedure. I told him I wanted my monthly payments to be about $200 and he helped bring it down. I had a very enjoyable experience. 10/10 would recommend

Working as a title and registration clerk for years I knew Southwest Motors sold more vehicles than anyone in Pueblo and now I know why. Nice vehicles, great prices, and salesmen like Mike Peterson. My young son needed a new vehicle to commute to work. Not long after we started looking around Mike came out to greet us. He listened to what my son was looking for and spend time showing him what was available and what would be a safe and affordable option for him. Being his first purchase Mike took his time and explained it all in detail. He was never pressured and purchased a vehicle he loved. Mike’s service went beyond closing the deal. He made appointments for services we added on then called and checked to make sure it all went well. Thank you Mike for your excellent customer service. The thing I liked most is no matter if we were looking at a 6,000 car or a 60,000 car his customer service was just as great. We will definitely see you the next time we are in need of a vehicle.

This was my first experience with Southwest Motors and I normally loath car shopping but Mike Peterson was awesome. I told him my requirements and parameters and he worked with me, via text and phone keeping in contact and telling whenever something came available.nI appreciate that Mike never made me feel pressured to buy any of the vehicles I looked at. He was very personable and charismatic making this experience delightful. It was great knowing that he was working to find me exactly what I wanted even when I wasn't physically in the office.

I met Mike at the front door. I had a 1:00 appointment. He had a good firm handshake, which my grandfather always said was a good thing. I found out a little bit later that he was a Marine and now disabled veteran. I am also a disabled veteran, so that eased some stress for me. I told him what I was looking for and we looked at a couple trucks. I found the one I liked and he went to work. He got me priced for under retail. He kept me abreast of every step and we chatted a lot. He has pics of his family on his desk and I liked that he's a family man as well. When all was said and done I was happy with his price, the truck, the whole experience in general. I was out the door in an hour and a half with another firm handshake. Mike is in no way the 'typical' idea of a used car salesman. He is honest and trustworthy and cares about the customer. I would totally recommend Mike if anyone is looking for a good experience.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our vehicle and get a truck. Daniel Gibbs was a wonder to work with. He helped us get the perfect truck, great price, miles and a payment that would not break the bank, so to speak. The experience was stress free from working with Daniel to find the right truck to financing with James Romero. Thank you Southwest Motors.
