they shut off your water without warning. was late just by a couple of weeks BY MISTAKE for first time in two years of having service, never been late before. they never even sent a notification or letter , call or email or text. they sure as hell call, text and email immediately upon shutting service off though. have no idea how they think this is okay. seems counterproductive, it would probably be more helpful to give those call/text/email reminders or notices prior to shutting off. and in order to restore service, you have to pay full balance even though current billing cycle isn't due for weeks. and to do this during a pandemic, what a bunch of pos

I called today and spoke with a very rude lady who told me I haven’t paid my bill in two months today is December 28 my last bill I paid was November 18 and when you call the automated system it says my bill is due on January 10 but she told me they’re coming to disconnect December 29, I asked her is there any assistance because of my disabled mother she was very rude told me no you already had Help in June, I just lost my father to Covid and this lady’s attitude and lack of knowledge on Help besides telling me nope there’s no help you already had help you need to pay your bill by tomorrow at 4 PM or you will be shut off, i’m glad someone is going to loan me some money till I get my father‘s death benefit money, plus for two people in a small house and I’m in Denver most of the time and the bill is $90 on the low side and $105 on the high side , that’s just crazy

Received a disconnect notice via text message at 6:30 pm. My water was shut off by 8:00 am the next morning. Paid the bill in full because this was an accident. super annoying

Charge customers for 2000 gal. of water even if you do not use that much. I feel bad for the single elderly people that pay for all that water they are not using. Misleading bills. If you miss a month(While on vacation), they give you a due date on the next bill then turn your water off before the posted due date without giving you any notification in advance. Long hold times poor customer service. It would be nice if the citizens of Pueblo could find an alternative to this poor utility. You would think during this pandemic they would understand the importance of people needing water for hygiene and work with their customers, or at least give them advanced notice of their intended actions. I also found them to be dishonest about leaving voice mails and sending notices.

Terrible customer service. Rude lady working there needs a different profession, customer service isn't for her.
