Beautiful, clean, very well-equipped. Ample room for each individual. Personal attention and care from a brilliantly creative instructor. A variety of balanced workouts. Classes are challenging and fun. One-on-one sessionsntake it to the next level,nspecifically tailored to your needs. Prices are very fair and all services are a great value for the money. One of my favorite things to do for five years now, I always feel grateful to be there.
Dami instructs small Pilates classes where everyone gets personalized attention. She is very knowledgeable about how to modify classes to everyone’s abilities. Great classes! Great instructor!
