I used to go to a different Honda dealer for service on my 2019 Insight and they always made me feel like they were doing me a big favor. Not the case here! My friend has been going here for years and he recommended that I give them a try. They’re amazing! Best part is being constantly informed through text messages on service progress and also quick responses to all of my questions. Scheduling was super easy and I didn’t have to wait at all once I arrived. I’m sure I’ll be coming back here for service going forward.

Thank you to Chris Davis for helping me out, he has a excellent attitude, wonderful service and know his stuff. I wasn’t looking to break the bank on my maintenance and he helped me by making sure the hardest things were fixed first and I promised him I’d come back to him only for the rest. Great guy you have working for you, don’t loose him or hire more like him.

Planet Honda was so amazing for my appointment this week. I had issue with roadside getting my car towed (starter wasn't working) and I was 4 hours late to my appointment by the time the towing company got me in. Planet Honda was so flexible and communicative every time we had to delay another hour and somehow still got me in same day. Johan was great to work with and very communicative through the entire process.

I had this service today for some recalls that my car had and also I had a light indicator on my dashboard that I wanted checked. My car is a 2009 crv so it’s not new by any means but the people I talked to were all so nice to talk to and helpful. I’ve been to other dealerships for cars and never felt so welcome and felt like I was treated as nice. Usually I leave a car service feeling like I wasn’t treated nicely or that they took advantage of me not knowing anything about cars but this time I didn’t feel that way at all. The men I spoke with were both super helpful and nice and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car. They send you an online video of the inspection of your car which is so nice as well as items they view as critical or helpful to get fixed soon.
