If I could give zero stars I would. Called and got a storage unit. She texted me an email address to send the PayPal money to. I promptly sent payment. The next week when we went to load things into the storage unit we found someone else had taken it. So I called her and after trying to figure out what was wrong for about a half hour she said she never received my payment so she sold the unit to someone else. I then sent her the receipt from PayPal showing that I did in fact pay. It was then she realized she texted me the wrong email address initially, therefore she never received payment and sold the unit. She confirmed that this was indeed all her fault. Terrible experience, terrible business practices, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Fair prices great storage facility really awsome owner
Dust gets in and not paved. Latch on the door to one of our units is bent and hard to open. Convenient and price is ok. Can go anytime with your key.
Very helpful and friendly on the phone. I really liked being able to back up to the units. I received a free disc lock with my rental.
