Pretty good gym weird atmosphere of people but a good gym. If they had a rowing machine to workout on it would be even better.
We are here to lift each other UP and do better today than we did yesterday!!! Excellent place to smoothen out the rough edge. No exceptions.
When a problem arises they make it right! Clean atmosphere! Fast response.
The staff is very nice. We usually just swim, I haven't used a lot of the equipment yet but they have quite a bit. The place is always clean and I appreciate the day care. My kids and I always feel comfortable here. I think the price is pretty low, considering that it includes the classes they offer. I wish the pool was open 24 hours but overall I really like this place.
I love this place, I have reached my goals with the help of the staff and equipment. I recommend it to anyone.
