Janelle is amazing, she was able to get my suit PERFECT in an amount of time that I did not presume possible. I won't go anywhere else for any alterations even if I am traveling out of state. This place is just delightful!
The lady is great about alterations. I was in and out in mere minutes. Very professional.
This place is awful! I went by to take a dress to be altered. Took it in plenty of time before the day of the event. They kept telling me it would be ready on such and such day. Every time I’d go to pick it up they said “it’s going to take a bit longer, we haven’t started it, come back in 2 days”. I’d go back or call and kept getting told the same thing. This happened a total of four different times. Finally, they promised it would be done the next time (which was the day before the event and the day I was to leave town). I was told it would be done by 10am. Well once again it wasn’t. Finally by almost noon they had it finished. The day of the event the alterations were coming a part! So frustrating! Don’t waste your time or money with this place! They don’t run as a business should!
