Eat Clean Meal Prep is the most convenient meal prep I’ve used over the years in several cities. First, the food is fresh and the rotating menu does not get old. Second, the delivery service and pickup locations around town make it so easy when you have a busy life. Third, the communication with the delivery/pickup drivers and the owner has been amazing. So happy they are feeding San Diego! They are lifesavers and the food is delicious!!

Meals came on time and had a great variety. What I have had so far has been tasty and the value for what I received is great. I have been on other meal plans before and became bored with what I received as the menu didn’t change that often. I ordered ten meals and received ten different meals, no duplicates. So far very happy.

These guys are great. I live alone and struggle to cook for one. The meals are always fresh and tasty and just the right serving size. I also get the oats for breakfast which are yummy! I highly recommend this service!

So far so good! I'll update this after using the service for a few weeks. I love the meals so far and look forward to seeing what is on the menu each day! I'm normally one to have bigger portions and I have no problems with the amount of food that they provide in each meal. I do carry with me some of my own snacks through the day, but only in case of that random craving. Definitely a whole lot healthier than something I would make for myself!

I don’t typically leave reviews but gave this a try, after being recommended by a good friend. I was overeating, in addition to consuming unhealthy “convenient” food. This provides an easy way to help right your dietary wrongs. Delicious, filling, and convenient. Based off the price point, you’ll come out ahead if you eat out semi-often, while saving yourself hours of meal prepping time on Sunday. Since it’s delivered directly to you, there’s really no down side. Compared to how much time you save from shopping, preparing, cooking, and clean up, it’s completely worth it. It arrived on time as promised and provided plenty of variety to prevent food boredom. Allergies taken into account seamlessly. The only thing they don’t do is literally put the food in your mouth.
