Sean was great and definitely put my mind at ease to purchase my new home. In a down economy he could have told me that repairs needed to be done so he could line his own pockets but instead told me that he thought the roof was in good condition and I did not need to worry. It's great to know that there are still honest people out there like Adobe Roofing. I did not need to use them this time but believe that they will be at the top of my list in the future. I will give 5 stars when I deal with them in the future.

The work was performed when the weather was cool. All appeared well until this past winter and we had many leaks. They initially responded quickly for repairs. However,when the weather turned warmer when they could really do an effective repair we had a hard time getting them to respond in a timely manner. The appear to know their business and would prefer a better response to repairs. Updated 4-16-11. Well the roof is still leaking and NO ONE is responding. Would be nice to get it fixed before the monsoons hit. And now their web site does not even work!

I have to say - I agree with the bad reviews. I was recommended to this company by a friend who really thought they did good work but in the end my friend too lost confidence and respect in this company. From the beginning it was difficult - I called to try and get a quote and no one answered my call. I called again and said I wanted a quote and left my address. I did not think they did anything but then my friend called them and unbeknownst to me they actually came out and did an estimate but never called me back. They finally emailed my friend the quote. I called to get some questions answered about the quote and sure enough it did not cover the heater vent where one of the leaks was so the guy said they would go back out and give me another estimate. Again I never heard back from that and almost 2 weeks later I called and left a message and the guy called me back the next day and said he would go back out this week. He called me several days later and I said I wanted to go with them and I wanted to get the roof started as soon as they could - they called the next morning and said they were declining the job because I was too much "drama." Unbelieiably unprofessional - I would not waste your time with these guys.
