Stephen Wade Cadillac

I recently bought a new Chevrolet Traverse from Chevrolet/Cadillac. I seriously couldn’t be happier with my new car! Paul Romero was more than patient with me. He listened and cared to what I needed and wanted in a car that was best for my family. They took their time and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. If you’re looking for a new car I can’t recommend Chevy Cadillac more! Ask for Paul Romero he truly has been the best. He breaks down everything and you can tell that he personally does his best to get you a good deal, and if not he won’t recommend it. Nick did the Financing and got us a great rate and explained all the paper work thoroughly. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the dealership during this time. Thank you Chevy/Cadillac for the great experience, we will definitely be coming back.

People seem friendly. Hope their follow up is better than their sister stores. Cars are pricey if you use their high interest financing. If you have your own financing then the prices are much higher.

I only have experience with the service department so this review will not reflect sales or other areas. My transmission was replaced in August 2017 a week before our drive up to Idaho for the eclipse. 7 days after the transmission was replaced, it went out AGAIN. It stranded my family and I in the lovely town of Trementon for 3 days, just a few hours from our destination. So 3 days of lovely Motel 6 accommodations (at my own expense of course) and we were headed back home. Fast forward to August 2020 and we get to the issue. I brought my truck down to these guys and explained to them the transmission was going out again. They told me the warranty had expired a few days prior, on the 14th. I explained to them that I had brought it to my local GMC dealership on the 14th but they were not equipped to do transmissions so they sent me to Stephen Wade along with the work order dated the 14th. The warranty would expire the next day, but I have documentation proving I dropped it off in time. The service staff is a complete embarrassment, I have never had a good service experience with them. Newby GMC is helping me now and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them, even if it costs more. No more Stephen Wade anything from this consumer. And of course 1 of the 10 people in the shop were wearing a mask in one of the worst COVID hot spots in the country. 0/10 recommend.
