Reading through a lot of peoples reviews I can see many five stars and many one stars, all I can give is my experience and honest truth. I went in a few weeks ago merely looking at a Dodge Challenger they had on the lot, I was just curious to see the price, trim package etc. Almost immediately I got attention from a sales guy named Jared. We talked about the challenger in question and I quickly realized it was out of my budget. I gave him a number I wanted as my monthly payment and he invited me inside to take a closer look at his inventory. Its important to mention I felt no pressure during this or any part of my buying experience. I was pretty set on a Dodge Challenger and Jared did his best to meet me in the middle with prices, trade in value on my jeep, etc. I was very impressed with the salesman's knowledge of the vehicles as well, from engine specs to showing me every feature of the interior. As a buyer those are things I look for and he knew every answer for every question I had. In the end i did buy a challenger, not the specific one I stopped to look at, but even a better one than I had expected. Had Jared not spent his time looking through inventory, working numbers or getting his managers involved with the sale I don't think I would have walked out with my challenger. I know that is all part of his job but he excelled at it! A few weeks after I had purchased my vehicle I noticed a slight vibration in my rear deck panel, immediately I called the service center at Stephen wade and got a appointment set up. The morning I dropped my car off I was given a realistic expectation as far as time. Later on in the day I got a call saying they had a solution for the issue and were working on it but had to keep the car overnight. I was more then happy with that since I was given advance notice and could plan around not having a vehicle for the rest of the day. The repair was finished on time and I received a prompt phone call for pickup. I am positive any other issues that might surface they will be able to fix in a timely manner. In summary I am very happy with my experience from the salesroom to the service shop!

I was not informed during the initial time setting up an appointment to get my car issue checked that it was only a drop off time and that I needed alternative transportation to get home. I don't have alternative transportation, wasn't informed when scheduling the appointment that it was expected I was going to leave it for multiple days, and so I did not ask if there was a loaner vehicle for me to use. As I drove an hour from home to get this work done, I was stuck waiting 4.5 hours in the waiting room where not everyone was wearing masks only to be told a part was necessary and needed to be ordered. I'm still baffled as to why I would need to make schedule an appointment if it was only a drop-off time. Any customer would assume the business was expecting their vehicle and would be prompt to work on it, as I waited five day for my appointment time. Furthermore, when my issue (a rattling front speaker) was being inspected, the technician said the previous attempt to fix the speaker (at another Jeep dealership), they warped the plastic covering. If this flaw was noticed by the technician as damage not caused by the owner, but another dealership, why was this not fixed for me? I can only assume, by me entering my vehicle upon the work "being completed", that nothing was actually done at all. I was not offered a receipt of the work, the plastic covering was still warped, and the speaker was still very obviously rattling. I'm fairly confident they brought me back after the part was ordered and just had me sit around for another hour and a half in, yet again, a waiting room with three unmasked people. If I ever need work on my Jeep again, I'll be driving the 2 hours to Vegas, for a total 6-hour round trip drive just for some competence at a dealership.

These guys are the BEST. I had an issue and they resolved immediately. The work was top notch and the Jeep has never handled better Highly recommend Stephen Wade Jeep and specifically Carlyle - he is on top of everything. Keeps me posted, makes sure I know what is going to be done, cost and then when complete walks me through it all.

Steven Wade continues to disappoint me. I was contacted today by one of their buyers who expressed interest in buying our van which is for sale. We are asking $6,500 Which is right in the middle of the Kelley blue book price. They wanted us to bring it in for an appraisal and then would present an offer. I asked the lady will, Liz, what a ballpark figure would be and explained if is it close to trade-in value that was too low and it was not something that we would be interested in. We have had several offers around $4000 and it’s much lower than what we are willing to even consider. She assured me that it would be a fair offer and it would be something that would be worth looking into. So, we rearranged or evening so that Brian could take it in. Meanwhile I did a little research and saw that they had another van of the same year, model, and similar mileage listed for $10,350. They offered us $3000. $3000 for a car that Kelley Blue Books $6500. It’s lower than trade-in value; so,not only did they lie, they wasted our time. They would most likely turn around and try to sell it for at least $9000. What crooks! We would drive hundreds of miles to avoid having to deal with them. Every experience with them has confirmed that. #StephenWade The same thing happened with my neighbor, so it wasn’t just me or our vehicle.

I went in for an oil change & tire rotation. Every person who worked with me was awesome. They were friendly, attentive, and I was pretty overwhelmed by the hospitality. I waited in the lounge, which was comfortable. It would be nice to have access to coffee or tea, but I understand with the COVID restrictions that is difficult. Thank you so much for making the experience such a good one!
