Ken Garff St. George Ford

I purchased a new vehicle from this store and had a great experience. In and out in one hour. Great Price Great People! I wish they could answer their phones like they sold me the vehicle. After several days of trying to reach someone in service I finally got the website to work. Even the FORD app doesn't work for scheduling service.

I called and specifically scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The service department scheduled me for 5:00pm and asked if I would be dropping the vehicle off or waiting for it to be finished. 2 hours before the appointment, they called to let me know that they don't do oil changes after 3:30pm and I would have to reschedule. I was leaving on a trip the following day and they could care less about their mistake. The only way I found out is because I missed a call from them so I called back. I asked if I wouldn't have called back and just showed up to my appointment if they would have done it. She was very specific in letting me know that they would have turned me away because they don't do oil changes after 3:30pm. I asked if I could take the vehicle over right now and do it before 3:30 but she said that the service manager said it wasn't an option. I asked to speak to the service manager but she said he wasn't available and that they could do a call back at another time. Very displeased with the lack of service. Update: I did get a call back from the service manager. He wasn't sure what had happened and nobody had spoken to him. He told me to come in at my 5:00 scheduled time and they would get me taken care of. He would try to find out in the meantime what had happened. He ended up letting me know that the girl I had spoken with was fairly new. She apparently was looking at a very old note in their system when they only scheduled until 3:30 on Saturdays. He said that this wasn't the case anymore and they do indeed schedule until 5:00. She never spoke to a service manager, but instead to another employee that had gone home by the time that I got there so Russ the manager wasn't able to get his input. He said that they were overbooked and had been making calls to see if people could reschedule but that my appointment shouldn't have been cancelled. Everybody was kind when I was there and he thanked me for bringing to their attention the issue in the system that caused the confusion. I am still very displeased with the service that Leah provided over the phone as she apparently didn't really try to figure out what was going on and lied to me about speaking to a service manager.

Great buying experience, felt like I was treated fair and not just like a number. UPDATE: After a month the alternator went out completely had to replace. Of course no warranty! Also, have what sounds like a bad ball joint took it in twice and they said it was fine and was normal. Still makes a bad popping sound when you turn the wheel to the right. Back up the cars you sell.

St. George Ford has always been friendly honest nice and i know I can go there and not be pressured. The service dept. Is very good to work with and helpful. I mite pay a little more to buy a vehicle from them instead of somewhere else. Robert stirland

Today we came in from SLC and stopped at the Ford Store In Saint George because we just had gotten our oil changed by big O tires and needed the “need oil change” icon to go away and we couldn’t figure it out. Nic was very helpful and quick with fixing this problem. As we were backing out to leave Nikki and another manager on their own noticed our under shield was dropping down and they took the initiative to fix it and we would have never known! This saved us a lot of wear in tear on our trip back up North... THANK YOU. From the bottom of our hearts 💕
