The first time i completed my taxes here, Martha helped me and it went great. Fast and friendly customer service.nnI contacted her on Jan 19 and asked if she could help me this year with my taxes and she said yes, i sent her all my information and on Feb 4th she asked my to call her. I did but no contact with Martha. Since then i have been trying to talk to her about my forms but no luck. Made my appointment today for an over the phone but never got a call. I called and the people who answer sound annoyed. I went somewhere else.

I been trying to contact with Martha for about 4 months and she's never available or never there or never call back... The last time I call i was trying to see if someone else can help me but Jose just hang off the phone really rude so I don't know what happened there because they use to be a great place but now is the worst service... If they can't provide the service they should be honest and let us know...

I been coming to Suzanne for over 10 years now. She is a WONDERFUL accountant. After my first visit with her 10 years ago, I referred my family and friends. They all switched their account to Suzanne and they thanked me every year. We are faithful clients of hers for 10 years plus.Suzanne has a great personality, respectful, on time, and very reliable. I wouldn't have it any other way nor would I go else where.Thank you Suzanne and Martha for making my family and I life stress free.
