Miguel is absolutely amazing in the used car section. He is friendly, new there and still very knowledgeable. I am purchasing a car there, instead of several other locations, because of the customer service. They really show integrity, honesty, and transparency with their used cars. May update to 5 after purchase.

Wife just bought a brand new kia seltos and she told me the customer service here is amazing compared to the one in Vegas. We were helped by Dan "the man" Cummings and that guy was really helpful and friendly, he answered any questions we had.
