Findlay Hyundai St George

I came into this dealership to find out what the damage would be when I come back to return my lease in December. At first everyone was trying to send me off to call the corporate office or whatever. Somehow I ended up in the hands of Memory and she was amazing. Not only did she know everything there was to know about every car on the lot, she also knew about the Telluride that somehow magically ended up on their lot a week prior. I couldn’t decide between the Palisade or the Telluride. Both were great and so was my experience. Memory and I probably meshed because we’re from the same place but she was just so easy to get along with, never pressured anything, and told me the truth. I love when dealerships aren’t commissioned based. They help because they want to and not because you look like their next pay check. After my purchase I left so happy. I got a credit on returning my lease even with a scratch that I thought I would have to pay $1000 to fix. I had it quoted from different companies so I knew what I was in for. I thought I would have to pay all kinds of money out of pocket. I walked in and walked out without paying a dime upfront and I have a brand new car at the price I wanted to pay monthly and I definitely didn’t get screwed out of the sale. She asked me to come back in a few days just so she can teach me everything there is to know about the car.I did and Now I know what all those funky buttons with silly little icons are meant for. She is awesome . Ask for Memory but everyone was so down to earth and awesome.

Luckily my car just needed a realignment, so the overall visit just took an hour. The staff were all helpful and the process was smooth and simple; I really enjoyed the fact that everyone was positive (it helped especially after having to suddenly go and fix my car) and I was impresses with the service .

I bought a new Palisade at St. George Hyundai recently and it was a delightful experience!! Miguel, my salesperson was fantastic. His customer service, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. I had a horrible experience at another dealership so I was hesitant to try again. Thankfully , all my expectations and standards were met here. Supposedly tested the battery. Two days later the battery was dead and had to be replaced, after calling a tow truck for a jump start. Either didn't actually test it or testing was not accurate.
