Sadly, almost all my visits are not for positive reasons as each time it’s because something is broken on my car. But even so, the staff I interact with always knows how to make me feel better as a customer with their constant professional and positive energy! Last time I was there, Steve helped explain the situation and walked me through the process step by step so I knew exactly what my expenses and possibilities were. Highly recommend this place and the staff! They’re all very friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable :)

I can’t say enough great things about the Stephan Wade service department. While traveling from Colorado to California the transmission on our Mazda 3 failed. Nick was our service advisor, he and the service department gave us an amazing loaner that allowed us to continue on our trip while they fixed our car. The teams dedication to customer service saved our vacation.
