Painter's Sun Country Mitsubishi

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I'd give them more stars if I could! Not only are the people incredibly kind hearted and welcoming, but they genuinely care about your experience there. Fair businessmen/women who put their customers first. I saw 7 other dealerships before I found them and had terrible experiences at those places compared to what I've had with Painters. They were incredibly helpful when purchasing my first "adult" car and were transparent with me from start to finish. I never felt like just another customer. They took care of me so well, my husband and I decided we're not going to shop for another car anywhere else. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle from an honest, caring, and high quality business-this place is it. It's an absolute diamond. I'm never going back to any other dealership!!

I came in to look for a used BMW and left with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, a vehicle that hadn't even been on my radar or something I considered until speaking with Pam and I'm very grateful I did! It was an insanely better and more affordable vehicle. Pam assisted me through a long process because of my indecisiveness and unfortunately not the greatest credit score. Pam and the crew there gave me a KILLER deal, way more than I ever expected to leave any car lot with. They went out of their way to help me and help get me to the most comfortable and affordable payment possible. I went there with my 5 year old daughter, who gets impatient very easily, and they went above and beyond to help keep her entertained while we went over numbers. I have purchased several cars and a motorcycle before and have never been treated so well and felt like they genuinely cared about me and my needs and not just making a sale. I would highly recommend looking here for a vehicle and I will be coming here in the future. I'm very happy with my new purchase and happy with all of the employees that were working today that contributed to me going home with a new vehicle! Thank you so much!!

Placed an order for a part for my 1992 Mitsubishi GTO TT AWD after a quick Google search that said they had it in-hand and ready to ship. Got an email cancelation notice the next day that my order was canceled. No reason given. Called the phone number that was listed in the email and it rang once then played the Dukes of Hazzard song clip about them good ol' boys then a voice said, "Eric's phone," and then silence. I didn't know if it was a voice-mail or not so I just said, "hello?" They responded and I explained that I placed an order but it was canceled and they said that it was because the part was no longer made. I asked why it was listed as available on their website and listed as in-stock and they said that it was because the website just lists every single part ever made. At this point, I didn't want to continue the conversation due to the tone of their voice (kinda dismissive and condescending) and so I didn't mention that the website did have every part listed but that the ones that were discontinued and unavailable are listed as discontinued and unavailable. They use the same system that other Mitsubishi shops use and it was clearly showing, as it still is as of the writing of this review, that they have one on-hand and it is ready to ship. Just my opinion, at this point, but they probably do have one listed as on-hand and it is in a dusty corner just sitting there but the person couldn't be bothered to look for a 28 year old part. Either way, wouldn't recommend this place due to lack of inventory accountability and unprofessionalism...if you're answering a business phone maybe identify yourself as the business and not as an inanimate object such as 'Eric's Phone.'
