Pushy and shady. We traded in a car to get a lower payment. We bought a van, got it home and it didn’t fit into our garage. Our fault for not checking. Our garage is a single garage on a steep incline and hard to get bigger cars in it. The van bottomed out. Anyways. We called right away to see if we could return it. They told me they could get us into a new car but we couldn’t return it. But they didn’t have a car in our price range. We ended up walking out of there with a car that was $100/month More not less. We found out later they are required by law to give people 72 hrs to change their minds, so they lied to us. They acted like they were doing us such a favor allowing us to change vehicles. They also acted like the newer car we were getting was such a steal and they were giving it to us at the lowest price possible. But they hustled us. And they add on so many fees at the end. 6 months into it and we are 5k in the hole with this car (it was a 4 year old used car). I will never go back there.
Came here from LA to buy a manual transmission Subaru because it was the closest place in the country to buy the car I wanted. I ended up paying extra for an added warranty that I didn't need, but I've never had any problems with the car.
I went to trade in my car and they told me that my car had been crashed and I just looked up the VIN and it hasn’t ever been in an accident!! They’re complete LIARS!!!
