Very impressive dealership. Although we did not purchase our Atlas here (we were inpatient and rushed to find one available that met our very specific search criteria) their sales staff was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and even in these times of "easy sales" due to the positive economic standings, their follow up was excellent - far better than ANY other dealer we talked to.. and we talked to quite a few. Not only was their sales department impressive, their service department compliments them very well! I cannot recall the names of the two service writers, but they're clearly huge assets to the dealership! Extremely knowledgeable on all Volkswagen systems, quickly able to answer any questions / concerns you may have, very clean in their work, most importantly very thorough. They make sure both the car leaves perfect and the customer goes home happy. Highly recommend this dealer for all Volkswagen owners.

Never left a review before, but after our trip here and leaving with wife’s dream car has been amazing was definitely worth the 5 hour drive. Gabe and Dale super awesome humans along with the team that was there on 26 September, made my first time buying a vehicle super fast and easy, worked with me to get me the best deal and got a sweet deal as a first time buyer. Thanks again would really recommend if you are looking to buying a vehicle!

We've purchased three Passat's from Findlay, and had two great experiences -- the third time was NOT the charm and someone dropped the ball. The purchase process was great, our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and the finance guy helped us out a lot. Not sure what happened next. Something was missed along the way and I had to take time out my schedule to take the car in for some sort of paper work - fine, no big deal. The next week there was an issue with the car and I scheduled (I thought) and appointment online. I called the morning of the appointment and was greeted by a very rude woman who informed me very abruptly that "I don't have anyone in service right now, just bring it!" And even more rudely "we DO NOT have a shuttle" so that I could get back to work after the drop off. I rescheduled the appointment for the next day, and when I dropped the car off was treated like an idiot by the service guy who informed me that the online appointment scheduler does not work, but (roll of eyes, and deep breaths) he'd have someone look at it as soon as possible -- the two mechanics standing around n the office must have been on break... The car was there a couple of days, got fixed and I was happy...then the temporary tags expired with NO WORD from Findlay...I called and asked about the plates - no one knew, but they'd get back to me. THREE days later I was informed that I needed to sign yet another paper (the temp tags were then nearly a week over due). My wife and I did some schedule finagling (she works in Cedar City and we both live in Hurricane) to get the form signed and were told the plates would be in the following day. Now, FOUR days later I had to call again to find out there is a problem with the title, and who knows when we'll get the plates (with our temporary tags now two weeks expired). I understand delays, and mistakes, and snafus, what I don't understand, and why I'm writing this bad review, is the lack of communication from Findlay -- JUST KEEP ME INFORMED!! If there's a problem with the plates, let me know BEFORE the tags expire AND I SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO CALL YOU ABOUT STUFF LIKE THIS!! Our next car purchase will be from a company that does not make their customers do their job for them.

Bought my certified used Jetta here in June, and took it to the dealership yesterday for service. No surprises, just an oil change and inspection which verified that the car I bought was a quality used car. Glad I purchased the car and looking forward to their service in the future..

I did Brake's, Tire change, Transmission oil change, Engine oil change and Balacning. Things look good, I like the service too. More important is I like their customer service, "how they receive you and takes care of the things you need". So far things are good and no attitidue is shown towards me. They greeted me with smile and walk me with things and even suggested what is good for me. So I will recemond this dealership as long as they do good service with good behaviour towards customer. Thank you for your service.
