The service was timely and well done. I have always had my car serviced regularly at a Nissan Service Center. My expectations were high and Stephen Wade Nissan Service Center met those expectations. I had one minor negative comment and that is that I wish you would offer a car wash with any routine service.

I bought my fifth car from Stephan Wade Nissan. Always accommodating, very thorough and super friendly. Shaydon the manager was friendly and available. Have worked with Ryan in finance many times. Always handles all transactions with care, transfers necessary options (Car Care) before we even ask. Susie always has a smile and chat for us. Thank you for making our car buying experience a delight!

Needed my truck looked at and they found it was just a new battery. We were concerned about the starter and rather than ignore us they kept the truck a bit longer to retest everything and make sure there wasn't anything wrong. This helped us feel better and we'll definitely be bringing our truck back for maintenance and any future issues

I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rouge from this dealership in September 2019. As part of this purchase I was informed that I would receive free oil/filter changes with synthetic oil along with tire rotations for two years My first service appointment was fine with no problems. My second appointment was a diaster. To start the service manager was almost insistent that I had to have the wheels balanced along with the tire rotation. At this time I had 9360 miles on the vehicle. I refused the tire balanced. I left the vehicle and went to the waiting room. While I was waiting the service manager came in and informed him that my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I informed him that I did not have enough miles on the vehicle to justify that. He then stated that they would have to be replaced at the next service. He then left. A short time later the service manager returned and stated my vehicle was ready. I followed him to the service counter. He informed me that the balanced due was $92.00. I informed him that I was told that I had free service for the first two years. He looked it up then adjusted the balance due to $62.00. I then asked him what he meant. He stated that he had only deducted the labor cost for the oil change. He then readjusted the balance down to $22.50. I told him that I though I had free tire rotations. He looked at the computer again and stated the tire rotation was not covered. I paid the $22.50 and left. When I got home I checked my paperwork to discover that I did have free tire rotations. Thus I was ripped off. I then checked my invoice and found that they had installed regular oil instead of the synthetic oil as promised. I refuse to deal with car dealerships that love to rip their customer's off. I will not returned to this dealership ever again. Free oil/filter changes are not worth it sometimes. Be very careful when using this dealership.
