It is sad that Rhode Island law allows for collection agencies to garnish wages during a pandemic (for a years old credit account without fraud). Very sad. Like everyone else, I am hurting during the pandemic. You can't make extra money when 50 million people are out of work. I blame the courts system and Rhode Island law for allowing wage garnishments, during a pandemic, for old bad debt. Debt that is 5-6 YEARS OLD. Very sad. Like everyone else, POOR, there isn't anything I can do about it except rob a bank or something.

Don't like em. Tried to work things out with them and pay what I could on a debt I owe and went to them for collections. But what I could pay wasn't good enough and instead of working with me theyre trying to Attach my pay during a global pandemic while I'm working an 1/8 of the hours I was before Covid-19, have children to feed and child support to pay among many other bills. Nevermind the fact that there's no end in sight and I'll probably be stuck in this situation for a long time.

What kind of a low-life, bottom-feeding collection agency sends out a demand letter during a global pandemic crisis!!! Passed along to my attorney who will be more than happy to litigate on my behalf..... :)

Although no one likes creditors ( that’s why it’s a 4 and not 5)..The two women I’ve made my monthly payments with and spoke to are super nice. They make the experience much more pleasant!
