Nobody wants to file bankruptcy. Its not something anyone wants to go through. My parents hit a road block in there lives and we’re looking for a fresh start. We didn’t know where to start, until I googled “best bankruptcy lawyer in Rhode Island” and Jack Pitts popped up as the first lawyer in the search. First thing anyone does is read the reviews, and always tries to find the bad one. I read through all of his AMAZING reviews, of every person and family he was able to help and thought this was our guy. I immediately gave him a call and within 2 rings he answered the phone. From the first moment we talked on the phone, to our first meeting to get the process underway, Jack never made my family and I feel terrible for filing bankruptcy. He went out of his way to answer every phone call we had, answered all emails promptly and professionally, and made sure we understood each step in the process.
