Thanks so much Chris in service and all of the supporting staff for servicing my Thor Synergy SP 24 in time for my trip this weekend. I know you are all very busy trying to serve your customers and balancing the varying needs. I had booked a service day about a month ago and recently realized that you would need to take care of my service needs within 3 days to be in time to go on my trip. I had not spoken to Chris about this in advance and I am pretty sure he had to shuffle some jobs around to get my work done. Thank so much for your good work.

After posting yesterday about how bad this place is I opened the belly today to fix the work that they refused to do. Found: hydraulic soaked insulation, missing insulation, loose screws and loose wires. In addition found a "pile" of oil soaked rags. They ASSURED me that all the fluid and soaked insulation had been removed and replaced with new. Another of their lies!! Not only a lie but a serious fire hazard. Very clearly the absolute worst workmanship I have seen in 20 years of rv ownership.

We absolutely love our new 5th wheel and loved our saleswoman....we had to do the transaction by phone as we live in Nevada and I thought this is not going to work for me..I was wrong...you made this process so smooth,safe and comfortable it still feels unbelievable..we drove down and picked our 41 ft beauty up and just love her 💕.. We are learning to figure some issues out and you are right there working (again by phone)with us...you haven't left out side in this and we will do business with you again.. We are great at networking and we will be sending all who need new or used recreational vehicles your way...

This is the beginning of our motorhome purchasing experience. Thus far it’s been amazing. From the front desk person all the way to the people at the service center and parts store, everyone has been friendly patient and courteous. Our sales person, Jayce, has been knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and found a perfect fit for us.
