Amazing experience! The location is just outside of poulsbo and in an area that makes you feel safe, we had a travel trailer and the layout of the lot made parking incredibly easy. This tied together with a fair price, last minute notice for reservation, and most importantly amazing customer service made our time here overall enjoyable. Mark is extremely helpful and understanding! Absolutely would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.
Secure, convenient, clean, friendly and a great value. We were leaving Alaska and needed safe, secure storage for our belongings. After searching the internet and making several calls, I found 12 trees, the staff is eager to help, professional and having a dedicated long-term resident manager that is willing and eager to help has made all the difference. Very pleased with the services and customer service we experienced while storing our furniture and items at Twelve Trees. The facilities manager's both assisted us tremendously during this time and the process was easy for sign up.
My company has used Twelve Trees for several years and we've grown from one unit to three units.The units have always been dry and clean without any incidents like rodents. Mark at the front desk has always been responsive and accomodating. My needs are starting to change slightly so we'll be downsizing back to one unit and assurdely we'll keep it with Twelve Trees!
Excellent service and very understanding. Also pretty well priced. They even called other places around to see if I could find somewhere cheaper. Other places were higher priced for the same space.
