What a disappointing experience! My husband tried to work with the owner, Dan, for a week based on seeing a used travel trailer online. On four occasions Dan told my husband he would get back to him at a specific time and on every occasion he did not follow through and my husband had to call him. The final interaction was Dan telling my husband that the trailer had issues that could not be resolved but that he had another trailer coming in that might work for us and that he would definitely send pictures and details by noon last Friday. Today is Tuesday and we have yet to receive pictures or the courtesy of a phone call. Maybe if we were looking for a high dollar unit he would have been more attentive. Wouldn't it be nice if some business owners understood the concept of "integrity?"
