Older gentleman work in Christmas Eve carded my 45 yr old sister for cigarettes. Another man about 60 was carded for a lighter. This place is a joke.
Apparently the old dude is still there bc I just went in to ask for help with troubleshooting the redbox machine and he looks at me and says i cant. We dont have anything to do with that. Even if you didn't, the way he responded was lazy and rude. Be thankful you have a job. Others who don't have one, would appreciate that position. Customer service here is negative stars.
Good service, lots of choices. Getting out of the parking lot is a struggle.
