expectations! The unit was spacious and we loved the balcony off our room. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and dining. The staff communicated through text message and check-in/check-out was seamless. We also were notified when staff was leaving the property in case we needed something. We arrived before check-in and were able to park our car at Pelham Court and explore downtown. I also left my coat behind and they called to let me know and are sending it at no cost which is so nice. Will definitely come back and stay!
Great location and very large rooms. Full kitchen was bonus and the room rate was reasonable.nnInitially skeptical about opting in for their texts (“mobile concierge service”), but their info was very timely and extremely helpful. This service allowed for a completely contact free experience.
The Pelham Court was a perfect place to stay in Newport. The no-contact Check In/Check Out was great, everything was flawless. The room itself was huge and extremely clean. The location was set back off the main road, but only a few steps away from Thames Street. We loved our stay and hope to come back!
Fantastic location very close to the wharf and Thames street. Very nice accommodations and was very clean and made us feel right at home. We loved exploring Newport and the local area and were just as excited to get back to the room and relax by the fireplace. We also loved the fact that it was dog friendly, our dog Kona enjoyed it just as much as us! Highly recommend!
Amazing location! The unit we stayed in was beautiful, nice gas fireplace and full kitchen. The whole unit was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again in the future hopefully.
