I was very excited when I found this store as I did research being a Lilly fan/addict!! I walked into the store and the one salesperson was on the phone. I interrupted her and asked if I can try something on. I did find something but needed her opinion as to which size is best on me. She continued on the phone and I got so made I walked out. I have Lilly stores very close to me. You walk into the Palm Beach store or Palm Beach Gardens, Fla store and you get first class service. This was not ok. Lilly should not have her clothes in this store. Such a disappoint!

Love popping in here any time I am in Newport. Awesome selection of Lilly. Such helpful, friendly staff. Found a rehearsal dinner dress here for my sister's wedding and so excited to be able to shop them online!

Very pretty Lilly store with a massive selection! The store employee was extremely helpful and sweet! She went above and beyond trying to assist me. They have such a grey selection, better than any Cape Cod store, the Nantucket store, or even Newbury Street in Boston! I could’ve spent 10 hrs in there, but unfortunately had somewhere I needed to be. Keep up the good work!

Walked in, Staff not friendly. Very small and too hot to shop..need AC updated.nAfter made purchase, was told a FRANCHISE, PRIVATELY owned store. Ask them about return policy! All returns only back to this store. My friend bought a sale top, five minutes later decided to return it..never left register area...Manager said had to issue a CREDIT!nnNoticed none of the staff wore Lily clothes! In Corporate stores, all employees decked out in Lily clothing.

Lots of cute bright Lilly clothes. They have a big sale section too. Nice helpful staff as well.
