Uncle Primo's

We asked Google for a great place to eat and this one came up with almost 5 stars so being from out of town we thought we would try it. Went to the restaurant, they were busy and we thought well it must be good good because they were so busy. We went in, the young lady at the check in was on the phone. She hung up the phone and never acknowledged us then when she did she looked at the 3 of us like we had 8 people with us and we asked how long the wait was? She snubbly said, do you have reservations and I said no and she rolled her eyes and I politely said I'm sorry but are we supposed to have them? We are from out of town and we found you on Google with high recommendations and thought we would check you out. She then said rudely yes it is preferred. I then said I'm sorry we didn't know and she then said we won't have anything open until 8:30 pm. I then said that well I guess that won't work as we were going to be driving 3 hours back home after dinner. Needless to say we didn't get to try this almost 5 star restaurant out. In my thinking if a restaurant wants you to have reservations then it it should be listed on their website and Google for out of town customers. If I was Gordon Ramsey he would have gave them a few choice words for their rude approach to new potential customers but since I'm not I'll just say that I will never recommend this location for my out of town friends that may go to this area for getaways. Very disappointed.

The Italian bread was pretty much perfect; dense but soft interior, with a crispy crust.nThe salad was good with plenty of mixed vegetables, for those that like that, but not so much that I couldn't easily dig around them.nMy chicken and Broccoli pasta was really good. The sauce was a but thin, but tasted fantastic.nI'd definitely recommend this place and if I have to come back to Ohio for more work training, I'll almost certainly come eat here again.

Fantastic food! Wonderful service! And an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're eating at your Italian Grandma's house.

Never dissatisfied!

Everything was awesome as always!! Had the homemade lasagna and it was amazing!! Service was good, food was good...I never have a bad experience there.
