If a ZERO star rating were possible, that's what my rating would be. Since its not an option, let me start by saying, Barbara Weinschenk is a terrible attorney! This attorney has dragged her feet for so long on my family's case and offered nothing but excuse after excuse as to why she's doing so. We have caught her in so many lies between the information she discloses to me and other family members of mine. These lies and excuses have contradicted themselves on so many occasions. My advice, do yourself a favor and seek better legal counsel! Especially one with experience. You will not find that with Ms. Weinschenk, nor will you find a sense of professionalism. Save your time and Money!
