In my opinion they are a little pricier than most storage facilities.. You get what you pay for. They have 24 hrs surveillance, the facility is completely fenced with gated 24 hr pin code access and the location is very convenient. The staff are friendly, fair and live onsight in the case of emergency or lock out. When first month is free and as long as you pay your monthly bill on time there are never any hidden fees.
Kim was great in the office. But the online sign up was not working and I had call and go in. But once at the office the sign went smoothly. My unit is dry and clean. They also sell everything you need at a reasonable price.
Very customer service oriented and took care of our needs for storage as we move back to OH from out of state. Units are clean and good accessibility and fairly priced.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED DOING BUSINESS HERE! KIM WAS THE BEST! HER EXPERTISE AND KINDNESS TOWARDS ME WAS THE BEST! I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD!!!!
