Great customer service. I bought two bras in January and after I got them home and into real life wear they just didn't feel right. I went back today and they refit me no questions asked and got me into a better fit no questions asked! Definitely great products and they stand behind their service!

Recommend staying out of this location -Summi Mall - bought bras - 14 days later still having a hard time receiving my money back! Buyer beware.

Nice store and merchandise. Selection used to be better at this location but still plenty to choose from.

Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff-altogether a wonderful shopping experience especially since I am a bigger chested lady and have a hard time finding a bra- I walked out with 5! The products are great and a good value!

My wife loves the products but encountered problems with ordering online. She ordered 3 bras for a total of 105.44. She never received a comfirmation but they did put a hold on our bank account. I was told that they can't do anything about it. So she has no bras and we have 105.44 dollars less. At sometime the money should be released back to our account. What i do not understand if they can pull it immediately why cant they release the hold. It was their system that had the issue not our account. So now I will no longer order from Soma or Chico's and believe me we spent alot of money at both stores..
