Victoria's Secret

This is my favorite VS location. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help. Monica was amazing as usual and helped me pick out new underwear that I love! Checkout was easy and painless. I had a coupon which made it even better. I forgot my credit card and it only took a few seconds to look it up in the system. Thanks Summit VS for making shopping enjoyable.

Prices have gotten better as well as merchandise quality. Great perfumes lotions and bras for folks with fibromyalgia. Customer service gals friendly helpful stylishly attired and just a fun shopping experience plus coupons and sales..

Brianna is the nicest, most welcoming, and so helpful person! Two days in a row she helped me find bras. She is truly appreciated.

Not many Victoria's Secret stores carry the DDD size bras in the boutique and this one does! Thank you for accommodating those of us with a larger bust who want to feel pretty.ud83dudc97

I visited the store for a quick purchase. The cashier was rude, she mischarged me for 6 items instead of 5. I realized right away but out of courtesy I waited for the receipt and cross checked the items in my bag. I was right about being overcharged. Without leaving the counter I told cashier I have a concern. She was rude and turns out there was an extra charge on my bill. Instead of correcting the error she called the manager. Manager took 20 mins and told me to call customer care for a refund. She further insinuated that I stole the extra item that was added wrongfully on my receipt. Long story short- I had to waste another 30 mins with customer care to get $6 back which was cashier’s mistake to begin with. I have filed a complaint against the store with customer care who were surprised that the store sent me to them for refund instead of resolving the issue. In hindsight I believe I was treated poorly because I look different (brown).
