Very clean, open, and a lot of equipment. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I like how it is open 24/7. I can't wait til they expand to new towns!
I have been coming to Innergy for almost 9 months. The gym is better than expected for a small town like Coldwater and they seem to keep everything in good condition. The locker rooms are sufficient and the weight room is nice and rarely too busy. The instructors for the classes are spot on and really make working out fun. Having 24/7 access is important with my crazy schedule and greatly appreciated. The laid back and casual culture of this gym is perfect for me and I feel that anyone can feel comfortable at Innergy.

A cool 24/7 local gym that has most general lifting and cardio equipment you might need. Would be nice to have just a tad more open area for lifting, but overall not too shabby.
Wide variety of machines, clean facility, and helpful staff. No complaints.
