Onion rings were cold. Sandwiches were barely lukewarm. Fish sandwich was way too salty and had a burned taste.
The crew was very pleasant & all items were correct & delicious. Way to go BK
Drive thru was busy, but the line moved quickly. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Food was made fresh and tasted great!
BRUNT COLD CRUMBS! I have long enjoyed the breakfast menu at Burger King, however I was recently not pleased with the service. After ordering my food I was told to pull forward and wait, I waited 5 minutes till I got my food, it would have been fine but after all that waiting my food was also cold. I ordered the French toast sticks and opened the box to what was obviously chewy and burnt crumbs, I did not enjoy them and ended up throwing them out, they also did not serve me full French toast sticks, it looked like they had pulled what they had left from the bottom of the fryer and gave me a box of cold crumbs crumbs.
I wanted to stop at a Burger King because I haven't ate at one for over a year. This one came up on google maps and we decided to choose it. We received our order and immediately started eating. The onion rings were cold, the bacon on the burger was cold and the burger itself was lukewarm. My husbands fish sandwich was okay and his fries cold. I understand the pandemic is here to stay for a while, but must we give up our quality of food also. Very disappointed in this place of business. The good news was my soda was cold!!!!
