First time customer. Food was pretty good. Online order and I picked up. The lady that gave me my food just dropped it on the counter without saying a word, in conversation with co workers. Probably mad there was no tip on prepaid order. I usually tip at pickup but not this time because of that. Hopefully this is not the service that is normal here.
Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered through a delivery service...when I reached in I pulled out a half bowl full of the lobster Mac!! This was NOT the drivers fault, it was because the person loading the bag put the tiny cup of soup under the BIG bowl of lobster Mac which of course dumped over in the bag! Half of my lobster Mac was in the bag!! When I asked for a partial refund I was denied. To top it off the food wasn't that great to begin with! NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money!
