Great people and a great place. Jeremy, Matt and David really know their stuff and are great guys.
It’s kinda dirty, little more effort into keeping it clean would be nice. Trash on the bathroom floors, turf has debris all over along with the rubber free weight area.
I love anytime fitness
I went in person to cancel my membership in May of 2019. My paperwork was lost and I was charged for June-October 2019. After calling, texting and emailing constantly for months, I finally got a text in November 2019 saying my membership was cancelled and that it should have been done forever ago. Matt told me to email asking for reimbursement of the $163 I was overcharged and I still have not been reimbursed a year later. I can't get any email responses, I can never get a hold of anyone via phone. I'm at a loss.
