It's honestly hard to be this consistently bad. Six of the last seven times I have ordered lunch for my employees, the order has been wrong or missing items. Continually, we are missing our chips and/or drinks that we paid for. Today, they even screwed up the return trip to correct our order. Also, why ask what toppings we want on our sandwiches, if you fully intend to ignore the requests? Same goes for napkins and having our sandwiches cut in half. You ask us when ordering but have a perfect track record of ignoring the requests. Incredibly disappointing. Time to find a new sandwich shop that cares about its customers.
Out of 3 orders one made it on time. All were 7 o'clock orders first one 720 second on time this one 830. I should have just picked it up.
