They have the worst customer service ever!I called multiple times to order and was told to call back in 10 so i ordered online from their website and 12am and never received my order. When i called to ask about my order 2 hours later they said they never received it and they will not be remaking it even if i paid again through them. The man on the phone told me i shouldn't order online because its basically like going behind their back to order. When i asked for a manager he told me the manager would tell me the same thing. I asked for his name and he laughed and hung up on me! The Worst place ever i will never order from them again. They also told me i can not get my money back! i had send an email to try to get my money back and i still haven't heard from them. Since it was so late there was no where else to order from. I work 3rd shift downtown so i had to starve all night at work because they dont know how to handle a busy night!

We we’re staying at the Drury plaza which is one block away and decided to order from guys. We ordered one large 2 toppings pizza and a cheesy bread at 7:24 pm and didn’t get our food until 9:20pm. The food was warm at best. Definitely not hot. The pizza was edible but I wouldn’t say that it was even good. We also didn’t care for the cheesy bread. It’s not the worst pizza I’ve had but it’s close.

Hard to go wrong when I can walk in and walk out within 5min with as many slices as I can hold! Guys Pizza got that good pie! This is 1 of the few businesses that was not affected by the Downtown vandalism, and for good reason. They come thru in the clutch at 2am on a Saturday. 1 of a kind, top of the line!!ud83dude01

Pizza was delicious!! Crust, ample sauce, sausage crumbles - all excellent. Delivered perfect temp within 45 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised.

I love the food from this long time business pizza, Burger's and specialty subs shop. Service is polite, always friendly with call ahead ordering or in-order with short time preparation to complete. Did I say Good foodud83dudc4c
