I booked an eyebrow appointment with J School and told him what I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. He was very gentle and made sure I left the chair happy. Overall the barber shop has a great atmosphere and is full of good music and conversation. Will definitely be back soon!
To start off the place has a super cool vibe downtown, it’s really clean, and has a cool rustic look to it. My hair stylist Courtney was absolutely OUTSTANDING, such a great guy. He literally cares about your hair and his craft. Not only do you get a cut, but he shaped up my eyebrows, shampooed my hair, then he went back and scissored my hair again to make sure it was perfect. Best cut ever and definitely worth the $!
The shop has a great classic/rustic atmosphere and its very clean. Noor pays great attention to detail and always leaves my hair looking sharp. Everyone in the shop seems to do great cuts, I highly recommend them!
I started getting my haircut at the new downtown location a couple months back. Amanda does the best fades and line-ups I have ever had. The attention to detail is something I have never had in a haircut before and the willingness to take the extra time to make it perfect is the reason I will never go to anyone else. She is an incredible barber who really makes you feel comfortable when you are in her chair. She does a great beard shaping as well!! The owner Hatchi, and the entire team are extremely friendly, and the inside design and vibe is relaxing. Amazing Barbershop filled with experienced barbers. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
My wife and I were in the downtown Cleveland area for our anniversary. I had a job interview the following week and needed a haircut. So she looked around on google and found Refinery Barbershop was 5 min away. We schedule an appointment with Amanda and head over. We get there and everyone is so friendly and professional! Amanda is extremely precise and takes the time to listen and give you exactly what you ask for! Also so easy to hold a conversation with! Hands down the best haircut I’ve ever had! Really a great experience and an incredible haircut! 1000% Recommend!!
