I am new to the sport of boxing and figured it would be a great way to get physical and start shedding some pounds. When I first started out I had zero boxing experience and within 1 week I knew the basics and was boxing 10x better. This place is a fantastic break from your workday and you’re able to get a workout in without effecting your evening hours. The gym has multiple stations so you can change up your routine daily or you can also have the trainers put you through a good circuit. Iron First seems to have the right mindset and they genuinely want to help their clients succeed with boxing.
Great facility. Al is fantastic at teaching boxing fundamentals and the put you through a productive and strenuous workout. I work out there every chance it get. Highly recommended.
