Daniela and Savannah are the BEST! I get so excited to go to their classes because of how friendly and uplifting they are. They make working out fun.
Really really like this place! I've taken Barre Fly with Taylor and Barre with Lisa. The studio is cute, trendy and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I plan on returning and trying more classes. I really like Lisa, she was attentive and did a good job at keeping an eye on everyone's form. Both classes were harder than I had expected and I felt like I got a very good workout.
Love this place!! Every instructor is awesome and encourages you to push your body to do things you never thought it could. You can start seeing the small changes physically, mentally and onvyour strength and endurance. I tell all my friends about this place.
